So when a player joins something shows up on his chat. Like....

VOTE - please pick the one you most like

1. Pickles

2. Pizza

3. Peas

4.Pears

then the player will write in chat 1, 2, 3, or 4. Then it will say Thank you for voting! and the player can continue on his day.
The player can only vote once so if they type 2 right after it will go into the normal chat
If the player types something which isn't 1 2 3 or 4 then it will say Please choose something on the list
Everything is optional in the config so you change what it says in chat and stuff so it can be a different voting thing and you can color code it#
You need this permission to type /votetoplist the permission is vote.top.list or a permission like that

Once typed /votetoplist it will show the persentages of averything on the list like pizza 52% peas 2% ect.
