Our management team will be working hard in the departments to ensure that our business performs to the best of its ability. There are multiple members in this team managing every aspect of the website/holdings. Such as PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT,
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT, MARKETING MANAGEMENT and SOCIAL MANAGEMENT
They will operate within their teams but keeping the COO in the loop of all proceedings and directions that we will take to improve the business to gain a better outcome.
We keep everything in place. Making sure that no one is violating our rules nor the Terms of Service. We will also ensure that no one is posting servers that they do not officially own.
We will also assist our Support Team with their tasks advising them with their day to day job.
We are the face of the business, We will assist customers and the community with any assistance they require. We spend most of our time talking in the Live Chat Center
Also helping members in our discord server and help in any way we can.
