VoteSend + Votifier

Hello, so I am in the progress of making a network, and I am trying to install VoteSend + Votifier, but sadly I am having some problems.

I have installed VoteSend + Votifier on the hub server, and Votifier on the Survival server. The Votesend command will work in-game and go to the survival server, but when I try and test the votes on voting websites it just comes up with the error "We were unable to talk to your Votifier server."

Does anyone know why?
