Votfier/Vote Roulette not working? >Please Help<

Hi, so I am making this post for a friend, as he is in need of some help on his Factions server, when it comes to the "Voting" section of it. So, I had this same issue, however never found out how to fix it, so I was unable to help, so I am hoping one of you guys/girls know the fix to this problem.

Here is my friends original post:
"So i have votifer on my server. i also use vote roulette for it. But when they vote on a voting site it doesn't work , can someone help"

So, the issue is he has votifier, and vote roulette, and it will not work when someone votes, they are able to vote, however no rewards are given, nor will it register on his server. If any of you know how to fix this, please send me a PM, or just comment down below!

1) Are all the RSA keys correct on the site
2) Make sure the votifier port is open
3) Is the votifier port on the vote site the same as in config.yml
4) Is vault installed

I have no idea, as he did all this I am not affiliated with the server, I build on it every once in awhile, but other than that I have no ties to his server. However, my guess is the port is not open. Granted I can not be sure about that.
