I'm running NuVotifier on my 1.15.2 server and I can't seem to get it to work. My host has opened port 3480 for me to use but when i set up votifier with my ip:3480 and do nvreload it says it was not able to bind to it. When I set it to 0.0.0.0:3480 and do nvreload it says it was able to bind but when I test it on vote sites, they can't connect.
