Votifier not working

Hello, Ii am using NuVotifier and I need help with setting it up, here are the consel messages:

Also, I'm using superbvote 0.5.2
Any help would be amazing and I can give more information if necessary.

Are you using a localhost server or did you rent a server?

Hosting company:
If a hosting company hosts the server for you, make sure the votifier port is available as 8192 will most likely be in use.
Try contacting the company to allocate an available port to your server.

Pterodactyl:
If you have a dedicated server/service and setup pterodactyl, add the port in the node settings and link it to your server ine

To setup the port: Nodes - Allocations - setup the port
To assign the port: Server configuration - Build configuration - Assign additional ports
