Voting Help

Hello so,
I am having voting problems.
My server's voting used to be perfect and everything worked, but for some reason, now it has stopped.
I think it might have something to do with enjin, but not sure.
Votifier works, and so does GAListener.
the problem is that they both arent linking.
so /fakevote for GAlistener works. meaning GAlisterner is configures corectly
and ive tested the votifier connection on many server hosts such as planetminecraft, minecraftservers, etc. and it has a connection.
now the problem is that when someone votes, they dont get the rewards...
What I am also confused on is what this means in the GAListener config.


now what I think might be causing the problem is this part-

I dont know if I should put the info of the dbHost and dbport as my own server or votifier?

no, galistener is fully working, as /fakevote does it's job.

hmm, i'm not to sure..
