Voting Website Develop

Hello,

I'm looking for a Voting Website to be made. I want something that is already setup and not 'needing to be made'.

I got a good amount of money, but I'm not willing to spend hundreds of dollars on it. Obviously I would rather want Voting Files and the website already made and not a redesigned ones since I don't have room for that.
