VotingPlugin Setup (Network)

I want it so if they Vote on the Hub they get there rewards once they connect to the 1st server they join, but still get the rewards if they vote from lets say the SMP, If there's a better plugin to use let me know i also own ProVotes but its buggy currently with its leader-boards ect and isnt maintained anymore. (Iv Currently set nuvotifier set up on the hub and iv got provotes set up for forward via mysql but its buggy again leader-boards dont work voting notification on all servers doesn't work ect)

Expectations:

- Ability to configure plugins
- Previous work to show

I'm offering £10 or so for this to be done, Id do this myself but i work nights so simply dont have much time to configure it all (I'll do the rewards and stuff i just need the system to work as said above so when i introduce other servers down the pipeline to my network it all works smoothly).
