"vouch" as a low/meaningless content

ive gotten 2 of these im pretty sure, some rando reports for low meaningless message by me just saying "vouch" or "v" in a thread.

I reckon this should be removed, We're lazy and we dont need to explain why we have said 'Vouch'. agreeing or commenting appreciated

its important you describe why you are vouching because post farmers or multis often vouch for no reason

imo is a bit dumb, not trying to bully the rules or some shit


Maybe if they get reported then the staff ask for some proof if they have delt with them before, instead of just giving the warning point straight away...

Nah, that'd be a waste of staffs time, and I'm pretty sure they have a backlog already.

It's not hard to type an extra sentence giving reasoning for the vouch, plus it makes the vouch worth a lot more.

As others have said, simply saying "vouch" is meaningless content and I don't think that we should be loosening our rules about low-quality posts any more than they already are.
