Hey everyone, I'm a freelance developer and I am looking to get a start on these forums. Not much of a public portfolio to show but I have some work I can show off in my discord server.

As I don't have much public I would like to offer a number of vouch services to get my name out there. These vouches will be small simple plugins / bots / websites that wont take me too long to code up. If you would like to get a vouch service, please join my dev discord and open a ticket there.

Vouch services will be as follows - Currently no limit on number I will offer:

Website:
- Single page
- static HTML + CSS - possibly some JavaScript if its not too complex
- Will give all files for you to host if you choose to
Discord Bots:
- A few commands
- Join / leave messages
- Contact me to chat about other features I may off as part of a vouch
- Coded in JDA & given as a FatJar - I host my discord bot this way.
Plugins:
- Few commands
- Few basic events
- Minor configurability
- Given as a jar file - source can be arranged if you desire for it

By contacting me in regards to hiring me or hiring me for any development work you automatically agree to the following terms or service whether explicitly stated by you or not.
1. A down payment of 50% must be payed before I begin work on any project.
2. DO NOT contact me if you are looking for free work unless I explicitly state I am offering it.
3. You are not allowed to claim any work I complete as your own.
4. Do not rush me, it will not help me work faster. If anything it will encourage me to slow down as I have given you a date the work will be completed by.
5. You are not allowed to resell my work without my written permission.
6. Chargebacks through PayPal are not allowed and will result in a scam report against you.
7. Refunds are to be organised directly through me if you require on. They are given at my discretion and only for good reason
8. I offer support on all previous work I have completed. To ask for support, simply contact me via DM here or message me on discord.
9. If you request work to be done and agree to pay on a weekly basis, it is up to you to see those payment through until we complete the work agreed upon.
10. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without needing to notify you of that reason.
11. If you request a refund OR a you charge back OR you create a scam report, all files that are being worked on will be deleted.
12. It is YOUR responsibility as a client to ensure you have read every term of server and understand what that means for you. It is not my responsibility to make sure you understand them, if you have questions just ask.
13. If a plugin is more than 50% complete, a refund will NOT be given under any circumstance.

Breaking any of these terms and conditions of service give me full right to cancel your order and NOT offer a refund or the current progress of the work.

Altering the terms of a weekly / fortnightly / monthly payment plan without my prior consent will be considered breaking these TOS and will result in the work on your project being halted. If this happens, no refund will be issued and no project progress will be given.
