By contacting me in regards to hiring me or hiring me for any development work you automatically agree to the following terms or service whether explicitly stated by you or not.
1. A down payment of 50% must be payed before I begin work on any project.
2. DO NOT contact me if you are looking for free work unless I explicitly state I am offering it.
3. You are not allowed to claim any work I complete as your own.
4. Do not rush me, it will not help me work faster. If anything it will encourage me to slow down as I have given you a date the work will be completed by.
5. You are not allowed to resell my work without my written permission.
6. Chargebacks through PayPal are not allowed and will result in a scam report against you.
7. Refunds are to be organised directly through me if you require on. They are given at my discretion and only for good reason
8. I offer support on all previous work I have completed. To ask for support, simply contact me via DM here or message me on discord.
9. If you request work to be done and agree to pay on a weekly basis, it is up to you to see those payment through until we complete the work agreed upon.
10. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without needing to notify you of that reason.
11. If you request a refund OR a you charge back OR you create a scam report, all files that are being worked on will be deleted.
12. It is YOUR responsibility as a client to ensure you have read every term of server and understand what that means for you. It is not my responsibility to make sure you understand them, if you have questions just ask.
13. If a plugin is more than 50% complete, a refund will NOT be given under any circumstance.

Breaking any of these terms and conditions of service give me full right to cancel your order and NOT offer a refund or the current progress of the work.

Altering the terms of a weekly / fortnightly / monthly payment plan without my prior consent will be considered breaking these TOS and will result in the work on your project being halted. If this happens, no refund will be issued and no project progress will be given.

These TOS are subject to change at any moment without notice to you. it is your responsibility to ensure you know my TOS when contacting me and working with me on an ongoing basis.

I know it's easy to include in the plugins, just at times can be a little more complex to setup when you have more advanced features. For the the vouch copies I will most likely add in full configurability of messages etc as they should only be small and easy to do. It just depends on the plugin agreed upon.
