Good evening MCM, My name is DctrFungi. I’m currently starting out as a modern minimalist logo designer, I do very simple, clean and somewhat abstract logos used for businesses, profile pics, etc depending on what your wanting them for. To start off, I would wish to give out free vouch copies of my services to form a decent portfolio.

Please be considerate when requesting for a vouch copy, I’m only starting off so nothing too hard or out of my reach would be appreciated. I’ll ask a few questions about your logo in DMs on discord, just stuff like what will this be used for and other specifics.

By dealing with me you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

1. If I am not receiving my requested payment, I have the freedom to leave your project whenever I please.

2. I have the right to deny any offer, whatever it may be, for any reason at all.

3. When doing paid deals, depending on the project we will use either F&F (Friends and Family) or G&S (Goods and Services) through PayPal.

4. After a deal is done unless agreed, it is no longer my responsibility in any way. Trying to blame me for something that happens after a deal will result in me opening an appropriate dispute for breaking my Terms of Service.

5. Refunds are not possible unless I decide it is necessary.

6. You will not chargeback on any of the deals we do together unless told otherwise. If you do, a scam report will be opened within 48 hours, unless you cancel the chargeback.

7. If you break any of the terms above I have the full and utmost right to open a dispute against you.

Any of these terms can be changed without prior notice.
