Vouch copies ?

I'm just curious about this although I have no rep ;')
So I heard that vouch copy is a thing here. Can anyone explain to me how it works and is it against the rules after the reputation update ?

So basically those new individuals who want to provide their services to the market but lack reputation or vouches offer vouch copies. Vouch copies are free work that would be given to users who has a decent amount of rep, usually around 30+ rep after the vouch copy has been given to the receiver, the receiver leaves a feedback/vouch to the seller's thread.

No, vouch copies are not against the rules.

Requesting vouch copies without them being offered us against the rules though
