Yeah, but let's say a user has 20+ vouches in their signature, what crazy man press all the little arrows. Regular users don't check for that when they are selling/buying/trading. Middlemen do.

But then there's how broken the rep system is that makes it a bit difficult.
There's really no way to fix this and there's no good solution to fixing the reputation system either. You really have to just do your research on a person in order to figure out whether or not someone is reputable.
