"vouchers" plugin.

I need a plugin that is an admin tool to create redeemable vouchers in-game easily/fast.
The plugins name is TribeVouchers

How to create a voucher in game-
1) hold the item you wish to represent the voucher (re-named and re-lored)
2) do /tv create [voucher-name]
3) a GUI will open, asking you to fill the GUI with items you want in the one-time redeemable voucher (items will have custom names/ lores and need to be accounted for) (27 max items)
3) Once you are done filling the voucher press ESC and it will tell you it has been created
4) you can edit a voucher at any time by /tv edit [voucher-name] (reopens GUI to edit contents of the voucher)
5) you can give yourself a voucher by /tv give [name] [voucher-name]

This is an admin tool, must have the permission tribe.vouch to create/give/edit vouchers.
If you feel you can comfortably handle this little project, please get back to me. This is a 100% private plugin for my server and my server only. Please be ready to show me you are reputable and know what you're doing.

I'm not buying an unfinished sloppy bugged plugin, I need what I pay for to work properly.

I have a plugin where vouchers spawn randomly in certain regions (to a certain extent). These vouchers can be right clicked and a command would be executed (based on the configuration). Let me know if you want something like that.
