Vouchers?

Well hello, I just started on this website and trying to understand what are vouchers, how do they work, and what do they do?

So say if i was to vouch for someone else it would be like me saying
"Hey I've traded with this person and i trust them the transaction went smoothly for example"
The more vouches you have the more "Trusted" you are as its more people that have had good transactions with you.
