Vouches and Vouch Copies

I understand the idea of building credibility with vouches but would like to clarify a few things if anyone doesn't mind helping me out.

What is a vouch copy? (I'm guessing its just a list of all of your vouches but can't be sure)
How would you go about building your vouch copy? (Essentially what is the best way to portfolio them)
Is there any need for you to build up your vouches and reputation if you just intend to sell resources? (Do people actually look at rep and vouches when buying them)

Vouch copies are essentially samples of the product or services that a person might be offering in exchange for a vouch for the service provided. If the person doesn't vouch as per the agreement, you can open a report on them iirc depending on circumstances.

You can show off your vouch copies in any way you would any other product or service, through a thread or whatnot. You could mention that they were vouch copies and you could include the testimonials if you wanted.

As for resources, people will buy it if the product looks good, is useful, etc. Granted you can gain a following like some people have by uploading new resources regularly, but yeah it's about what you make and the quality of it.
