Idk if you're messing around but if you aren't, just use SkQuery for flawless MySQL connections. (I think it also supports SQLite)

The thing is this was supposed to be a semi-serious question just wanted a price quote as I was wondering how much it would cost. Also I'm assuming it will require a ton of skript dependencies as said above.

It only requires 1 dependency and a bit of tweaking. I'm pretty sure TinyCypriot could help ya out for an affordable price.
