This would operate as a form of reputation under the users name, similar to ratings received however it will display the amount of vouches the user has on his/her feedback page.
Some form of reputation other than ratings needs to be implemented as users are literally judging legitimacy on people with hundreds of ratings received with could be achieved from having 'funny' posts.
People who have little or no ratings are having to go first with people with 100~ ratings received, what's the difference between that person?
I'm obviously not saying vouches or actual reputation show complete legitimacy if implemented, but at least it cannot be spammed or faked to show that person is legit, when in reality hes just some lonely child who spams the forums with random bullshit and has a group of bum buddies who up-vote all of his or her comments.
