Voxel Sniper/Server status

Hello.

So basically, I want to have Voxel Sniper for client but I can't seem to find it - whatsoever. It's like, I'm wanting to create ridges and it just isn't happening without Voxel.

Wondering if anybody could help me out

You can make a server that you DONT have to port forward. You can connect to the server by local host. No one else can join but you. So it can have plugins and stuff but only you can join it. Nothing complicated.
