VoxelPvP - Looking for Experienced Server Developer! (PAID)

Hello, my name is Evan. I am the Owner of a Minecraft Factions Server known as VoxelPvP, I am looking for a developer who is willing to code and configure plugins. Their are requirements however.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 14 years or older.
Must have Skype.
Must have Paypal. (This is how I will be paying you)
Must have at least 1 hour available a day.

There are also some perks to being a Developer for VoxelPvP.

PERKS:

35% VoxelPvP Server Earnings will be given to chosen Developer.
Developers may chose staff. (You don't need to if you don't want to)
The more players who join the server the more you get paid.
