How our training and recruitment process works:
Step 1: Application - Your application is reviewed by our head of recruitment and decided upon
Step 2: Basic Training - All first time staff are put through a initial online training program and will take a general staff exam to determine if you have learned basic staff functions.
Step 3: Placement - Unlike majority of other servers after the initial recruitment faze depending on your skills and general abilities you are put into a position within 3 unique sub-teams and your level within our staff team is determined by your qualifications.
