VPN GUARD with api

Willing to pay! Is anyone willing to help me out here with the VPNGuard plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vpnguard.6246/

I bought the $5 Host blocker from and got an API: http://xioax.com/host-blocker/

Now I dont know how to set it up. If someone can help me that would be amazing!

You just put the key you receive into the config.yml where it asks you to.
