Private Internet Access (It's like $40USD for a year I believe.) I use it and it's pretty good.

I have several VPN's across the world for reliability and speeds.
I personally buy a VPS from Vultr (which is $2.5/month) and run this OpenVPN script on it: https://github.com/Nyr/openvpn-install

Works great and easy to manage and no hassle with certificates. I don't like managed VPN's because they are legally bound to keep logs.
