There was recently a rule that you could use a VPN if you had supreme, I see how this is useful for people that like their privacy but I can also see it being problematic for staff, users can create an account on public wi-fi, but supreme and then just use a VPN to ban evade.
My point is, staff won't be able to see that they're ban evading.

My solution: Make users login with their home IP once every week/fortnight.

This was staff will be able to see a users home IP and make sure they haven't create a multi on their home IP while they're still using their main account. A way you could make sure people are logging in with their home IP is by showing the VPNs blocked, or a custom message for this situation.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

And what if i have a dedicated IP on my vpn *and create an account there(EDITED)*? So Im ban evading on the "Same home IP"? I dont see this as a viable option.

Plus i thought VPN's were allowed? Seeing as im currently browsing on one due to public networks?

Side note:

Here in the UK I have a dynamic IP Address, as in it changes periodically regardless of if I want to keep it or not.

A better thing to do would be to use MAC addresses, which can be spoofed so its just making more hassle for scammers then anything.

This is stupid on not necessary. It is impossible for mc-market to block all vpns in the first place. Even if they could how would they know what ip is their home ip? What if they switch internet providers and their ip gets changed?

Not at all necessary.
Staff use a lot more than just IP to detect if you're alting.
If you login on the same device, they will know, despite your IP being different.
