The difference with OpenVZ and KVM is that KVM is true virtualization, it's stored in a physical volume on the hypervisor while OpenVZ is stored in a plain directory. KVM also supports docker, a program used by PufferPanel. One of the major advantages of a KVM is that you're able to load your own ISO (install your own operating system) easier than OpenVZ. KVM VPSes also have a independent kernel allowing better uptime and control. Finally, KVM VPSes have their resources dedicated to them such as memory, disk space, and the CPU. Both are basically your own dedicated server, however KVM does the job better.

They're 1 EUR per month.

I have a few servers from them and don't get less than 700mbps @ download. They run quite stable.

VMware virtualized, multiple locations available. Don't know if something changed.
