Virtual Private Server and it's like a mini dedi, it works the same as a dedi but it's a little piece, a.k.a slice of a dedicated machine. You can do the same stuff witth it, but it's sharing the dedi's resources.

Yeah, but it's the same concept as a dedi so you can use 10.5 GB of it.

To clear up some questions that may be asked: On this VPS you can either have the 11 GB of Minecraft servers, etc, or just use the 90 GB SSD space for websites, this is overall cheap for these stats.
