VPS/DEDI (US or CA)

Hello,

I am in need of a VPS/DEDI, something that can hold 150-200 players maximum, and playerbase around 75-100 practice Server with everything custom coded, 10 max plugins (Custom essentials, PracticePvP gamemode, Ban system, more plugins, and a good few sql connections for matches, and lot's of player statistics)

I don't want to be spending too much; but I also want to be sure that my Server won't go down as it may have 150-200 players online at max, I would like some sort of ddos protection included as well, and the location US or CA. I wouldn't need too much RAM, and I would need the performance to be very good ingame, as it is a practice Server I wouldn't want people complaining about any lag.
