I am looking for a dedicated server or vps hosting in EU that has reasonable price (not above lets say 35-40$ for 32gb ram)

Any hostings recommended?

If you are able to wait, i'm setting up OpenVZ VPS hosting for $1.66/gb in 1.5-3 weeks.

What are the specs you are wanting other than 32GB RAM (cores, bandwidths etc)?

Something above decent that would be able to run a network on it with about 10-15 servers
