So after some time I have decided to go with EyeCS and do Public Bots and We are currently about to open our Public discord but we are looking for a Host to provide a Windows VPS so we can host Discord.py and Discord.js Bots and maybe some more other languages.

Its going to be mighty difficult to find a free VPS from a reputable provider. My two cents would be to purchase a low-cost VPS from Digitalocean or Vultr. If you absolutely need free, you can get a year of AWS for free I believe.

You need to pay after the trial for AWS and since its a year you might forget and then your card will get charged.
