If all your going to be doing is running discord bots just go with OVH its honestly going to be your best option, and one of your cheapest. https://www.ovh.com/world/vps/vps-ssd.xml

Ive never had to provide identity at all. OVH is weird it makes some people give ID and some to not give ID.

oh that's irritating. Yeah I was in Turkey when I originally went to order and needed to provide loads of details which at the time I didn't have anything to prove my home address, so ordered elsewhere, they ceased operations and now my Mum is on holiday and doesn't trust me with her safe # to get my passport/birth certificate lmao

DigitalOcean compute packages
Hetzner (Germany/Finland hosted)
webtropia (Germany hosted)
OVH (But I have to agree if you're a first time customer the identification can take some time)
Liquid Web (Good offers if you buy annually)
RamNode (Pay for what you get)
trabia (Good prices and support, hosted in Moldova)[DOUBLEPOST=1565036703][/DOUBLEPOST]Also you've probably got some good hosts on here that have advertised

Honestly an Ovh vps would suffice.
