So I have decided to buy a VPS host for my Minecraft Network, should I buy the 1024 ram or the 2048 ram? And also what is different between them? And also anyone knows what is bandwidth meant?

It depends where you're buying it. When you're purchasing a VPS or dedicated server, just remember the faster the single thread speed and the more RAM the better.

Samuel - for minecraft network you need more than 1024mb ram, you need more gigs :S

As it wouldn't matter to which host you use, how much ram does the machine have towards it?

2gb is not enough for 5 servers. Most servers need at least 2-5 gb of ram instead of 2. Limiting it to just 2gb (the max of the box) can overload your machine.

If you are planning on making 5-6 servers, you might just be better off buying a dedicated machine or at least considering a larger vps with 16-24gb of ram.

OVH has better prices instead of you buying a vps from some shitty host that is not even a registered business that buys dedis from ovh and installs proxmox.
