- North American Location

- Cheap/Good Price

- Good Server Specifications

- Decent Support

- 8-16GB RAM

- At least 4vCores minimum (six preferred)

- SSD preferred (RAID 10 included preferred)

- KVM Preferred (if OpenVZ MUST support docker.)

This will be incredibly hard to find within this budget. Your closest bet but it lacks the support would be OVH RAM VPS.

Honestly your budget for the RAM required on a KVM VPS is extremely low.
