Digital ocean is really expensive, you are better off going with Zelon, Vultr or a Dedicated server from Soyoustart.

Digital ocean is expensive, but they provide an excellent service. If you are a student then you should be able to get a GitHub developer pack and this will give you $50 of credit with digital ocean.
Another option is Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure. Both give you a ton of free credit, $300 and $200 respectively.

I agree with Cobra. Zelon offers premuim networks services as well providing quality. Jack, only uses premuim quality when I was talking to him directly. I very much do recommend Zelon it’s quite a high price. But very well done and maintained and there support is quickly responds without an issue anyway I do recommend Zelon.
