I need a $20/m VPS or Dedicated server. Using it for 1 Game (Unturned), and as my web server. Doesn't need to be large, 16GB of Memory should do. CPU doesn't have to be fantastic, just good enough so there's super minimal lag on the games.

Of course, this is what I WANT. But as I'm asking for a super cheap server, something good enough to run 2 game servers, and a web server with minimal lag should do.

I get that I have an extremely (way too) low budget, but you obviously know I can't run 2 game servers on this. I'm really not trying to be picky, as being a picky beggar is just stupid, and makes you look like a jerk. But for real, I can't run 2 games on this.

I'd be running 1 Unturned Server (Small-Medium Sized). I'll only run 1, actually. I'd also be running a web server on it.

Thank you for more info, that's not just one game. It could also be any game. If it was GMOD, it could run easily.

A medium sized Unturned Server? I mean, 4GB for an Unturned Server and a web server?? Plus it's also $4 above my budget :/
I was personally hoping I could get something just a tad better and be able to have a little bit more memory + be under at budget...

It is a little off your budget, but it is your best shot. Other than that, you won't get 16gb any cheaper. Only problem with that^ is that it is out of stock. Just wait and see if by the time it is restocked, you get some more money.
