VULTR doesn't specifically offer a VPS reseller program, but they are extremely affordable so there would be plenty of margin for up-sell. They do also offer a VPS reseller module similar to ours, the only drawback is in the HTML console it shows "my.vultr.com" inside your WHMCS which could be a bit confusing to clients.

Alright but I don't want to use your guys hosting because its expensive ass hell for that price I can just buy a dedi and do it my self.

That's exactly what I would recommend doing. Get your hands on a solid dedicated server, i'd recommend an E3-1240V2/v3 to get started. You can find tons of good deals on a machine like that.
