You should definitely try to make your business official. You are competing against other reputable hosts on here. Perhaps a website and a demo, test ip would be nice as well.

The provider is a secret, but I'll tell you that I do not receive VPS' for free.
Depending on the location you choose, the datacenter may vary, but if you go for the 32GB ram plan I can tell you it's a datacenter in Netherlands. I don't really know much about the DDoS protection, but I know there is some.

I assume you're just reselling these under these circumstances?

You should get to know more information, you seem to only be sure about the location. Some could be them stating that or 2Gbps which is not satisfactory for today's attacks and I know for a fact I'd be disappointed to not know for sure when I'm hosting publicized applications.
