That doesn't really help unless I have an actual price per machine. The only people I know who offer unmetered bandwidth and an affordable cost are OVH and they would likely be your best bet for this.

If you just specify "unlimited" then it will be increasingly harder to get offers. If you need 4TB then specify that.

How do you handle abuse with your VPN service?

This will use a lot of bandwidth. Most providers won't be able to manage this. Your best bet would be OVH for a budget friendly option.
