again I only have 3$

i highly recommend Vultr https://www.vultr.com/ there support is great and there panel is very easy to use

You can’t really expect much for $3, just for your information. Also, a lot of hosts look at this thread and don’t bother to reply if you add “I only have $3” cause usually that means you’re going to be a one month customer. However, good luck.
