I'd recommend a dedicated server rather than a VPS if you're planning to need that much RAM.

Yep, a dedicated server would probably be good, i'd recommend something from OVH or Hetzner depending on the Location, but Hetzner has Setup fees, which is bad, unless if you want to go to the server auctions, which you'd be lucky if you'd see DDR4 ram (from what i've seen) also, there will be more storage
