I am the head developer for this server titled Vulcan Prisons. Our goal as a server is to provide an intricate and memorable experience with a prison server, that may be hard to imagine these days but I will explain. Our server is by no means a generic prison server, instead of using A-Z we use levels 1-104. You may question what makes that so special, well the level you are determines the tier of armor, weapons and pickaxe that you can use. Level 10 is leather/wood, 30 is gold/stone tools, 50 is chainmail/gold tools, 70 is iron, 90 is diamond. Another unique aspect to our server is that unlike others, we provide an open world experience. To defend those lower on the level hierarchy we have guards to defend the player whenever they are in a mine, higher tier ore = more dangerous. We also provide MANY custom enchants and a very unique way to get them, by mining you will gain static charge which can be put to use for enchanting, gain enough of it and you can throw your item in the “wormhole” to pick an enchant, you may see this in a video below. Now all of this may seem similar to another server, that is true. What makes us different, first off we have updates coming that will be extremely unique and unlike anything on any prison server, second we don’t require money to win the game unlike others, and third we try to listen to the community. Our goal is to expand and grow the community, especially with the upcoming release in mid to late December.
