It's the minimum ratio anyone should pay. $1/15 is average. It's not bad if the users are active, but it's not the best if you can find better providers, which is hard to come by.
i know people selling 100£ for 2k garunteed and a few extra members for free as well
EDIT:Astlin might say its through dm advertising but he got no proof and even if he does its to little proof to justify

Yeah but those are through verified bots dming their userbase with stuff like "you won the giveaway, please join the server to claim your nitro" Even though they are real users and it's technically cheaper, they aren't gonna be quality/organic joins because of how the dms are presented to the users. A lot of people will ask where their prize is when they join your server. Trust me I've used the same service too and I think it's a better than most (most Discord ads are just terrible value for money/outright not what they say they are) but there's a reason why they're cheap.
You get what you pay for at the end of the day. But with Discord a lot of the time, it's super hard to find reliable services tbh like Sup_r said. A lot of ad sellers charge way more than what reflects the actual quality of their service.
