If you bought a resource from here, and you haven't been given your 'license' for the build, he needs to assign your username to the license (I think..) It can take a few minutes and can be done by going to the resource and adding you.
In the meantime, and if he does not get back to you in the next few days, just try to get him to talk atleast then you can settle it, although usually things like this go through okay.

If the seller has a new PayPal account, PayPal likes to 'review' the first few orders/transactions so it may take up to a week. To speed up the process, you may be able to call PayPal claiming you got the "physical item" you purchased. But generally speaking, I'd continue to reach out to the resource owner to generate you a license till PayPal finishes their review.

Excuse me? I came on here because I needed a spawn for my new server. He hasn't given me the schematic, so I'm looking for help. There is the exact same map by the exact same author but for 29 Euros on another site, and on here it's only $12, hence the reason I registered on MC-Market. I don't appreciate your rudeness.
