Walmart issue

I ordered an Xbox gift card off walmart even tho I'm from the UK. It was an email delivery so I just got a random us address and Us phone number off Google.

I paid using a legit Walmart gift card.

Less than 10 mins later, the order is cancelled because they "couldn't verify some of my payment information"

What shall I do? Use a VPN? Try use a different address?

Aight thanks for the help brudda. Update: contacted live chat and they've said to try again and they'll monitor the order manually
