Basically, there's a ton of bot accounts on YouTube that are spamming "Wanna be friends?" or something similar on, like, every video ever. However, instead of just being the normal advertising scheme, many people that interact with these bot accounts are getting their Google accounts compromised. The reason why is currently unknown, but there's a few hypotheses about it, including the usage of malicious oAuth tokens (which is what I personally believe). To stay safe, it's rather simple; just go to myaccount.google.com and search "Third-party apps with account access". Remove any apps with Youtube access, and ideally, any apps you no longer use or that do not require access. Obviously this is just a theory, so this may not help anything. In my personal experience, I interacted with one of these comments (from the original channel) about a week back and I've had no issues, likely because I didn't have any accounts with Youtube oAuth access. Your luck may be worse, but this is at least worth a try. For a more in-depth explanation (and more good content), feel free to watch SomeOrdinaryGamer's video on it:
