I charge $25/hr - nonetheless the site referenced includes particle effects, a background video, and music capabilities (all of which require more effort to implement that simply filling in href attributes). I also make my sites configurable via JSON so the user can easily update the content (in this case, the links, music, or background video) without having to consult me beforehand.

You can bash, make fun of, or otherwise criticize me for my pricing but I simply value my time at $25/hr for the websites I create, I won't force you to purchase from me but let you know that I'm here to create your desired website well up to your expectations.
