You read the title right! We're seriously giving away OP commands on our upcoming server, Purge Minecraft. This server is one of a kind and has a very powerful control system which ensures that nothing will go wrong. Everyone can have an amazing experience here, as there are no limits to what you can become.

Spawn is griefable, players are trollable, and chaos is just waiting to happen. Purge Minecraft was designed to give players a sense of power and give them a taste of a server type that isn't very common. We run on a 24/7 host and have sufficient memory and storage to give you a fun experience, the rest is up to how much your graphics cards could handle!

The server has not yet released, but very soon we'll be launching for everyone to join! We're still in closed beta as we are testing some functions before going public. If you're interested in joining our server, please save this IP: play.purgeminecraft.com

PurgeMC uses popular server spawns and rotates to a new spawn every week!
Of course, full credit is given to the owner of the map and if requested, we would
not use it anymore. The reason we do this is for players to feel as if they're on these
large servers and have all this power they could use. We're basically saying our server
is a pretty good solution for anger management, by destroying a wonderful map!
(Map resets back to normal every 2 hours.)​

May I ask what the point of this is if you reset every 2 hours?

The server is meant to be chaotic, so spawn is griefable. Eventually, there's going to be nothing left after constant destruction, etc..
So our solution to that is a simple map reset which will allow players to have the same experience and prevent lag. After all, the point of the server isn't to destroy the spawn, instead give players a sense of power, but destruction of spawn could be an attribute to that. To prevent players from getting bored, we cycle the maps and switch them every few days or so. Hope I was able to answer your question!

We're almost done, our devs are currently working on the finishing touches, the release will most probably sometime next weekend, most probably Saturday.[DOUBLEPOST=1488737565][/DOUBLEPOST]

And hopefully your server can keep up with spheres of tnt with 10000000000x1000000000000 without any lag or bugs.

The server has enough RAM to handle high-activity lag events such as lava flow and major tnt explosions, although we still have safety measures taken. The WorldEdit limit is 2500 blocks, and even with that many blocks of tnt, the average computer shouldn't experience any lag unless you're using a laptop from 2002 or anything like that.

2500 tnt can lag a decent cpu and 960-970, any computer really since 2500 tnt is making tons of updates rapidly to the client/server

Your point is valid, although I've run free OP servers before and have received a lot of donations. I'm not sure if you recall FreeOPMC, it wasn't very popular, but we did have 30-40 players online and the server lasted about a year and a half, I wasn't able to manage it anymore because of time. But I did receive around $150+ donations a month, which paid the server bill and allowed me to purchase custom plugins from developers to give players a better experience. (I sold the server a few months back for $250.)
