You aren't going to get a player base for 130$, especially with no reputation. I would say even a 10 player base server is worth at a minimum 200$. You would be better off purchasing a set-up and using the rest for hosting costs.

This is true, Many hours for a small playerbase.

Yes but with the responses Im getting, Its not looking like anyone is willing to help.
