* Only will be taking PayPal from those who are not reputable.

* Those who are reputable though are free to send me the money through Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and/or Paypal if you'd like.

* Fee's will vary depending on the amount you want, meaning you tell me the amount of bitcoin you would like to buy and I will tell you how much you would have to pay to get that amount of bitcoin it's very simple.

* Will be doing small amounts until I get familiar with the community.

Also I am aware I have no rep, so we will be using Zyger as an MM or someone we can both agree on to middleman the transaction.

i think you have it confused, paypal is MORE easily chargebacked/scammed with. Most exchanges have it the opposite, where they only accept PayPal from reputable people but accept Zelle/Venmo/Cashapp/Skrill/whatever from everyone

I know multiple ways where it's impossible to CB through PayPal well it's possible just no chance of winning basically.
